The Location Leader is something very different: written by a professional team it showcases interesting stories about forthcoming television programmes, reviews, ‘what’s on’ in the local area, celebrity interviews, top tips, and much, much more. We want it to become a staple read, something that people get into a habit of receiving and actually want to sit down to read it. It is not a circular, newsletter or something to throw away, it is something informative, inviting and exciting.

With a fantastic property section in the centre, it is also the ideal way for us to showcase our amazing property database to potential buyers – yet another way to maximise exposure of all of our properties – who else can offer that to people selling their home?

What’s more it is distributed by hand by our own reliable, locally-based team of distributors. We control the complete distribution ourselves, with ‘secret squirrels’ en route to ensure accurate delivery takes place every month.

The distribution is initially 10,000 homes across parts of Gloucestershire and Wiltshire. This offers a potential readership of in excess of 20,000 and strong additional online support. Monthly copies are available here and more are sent to our database of over 5,000 people. They will also be available in waiting rooms and foyers across the area.
