Simon first started working in estate agency in the 1970s. He was head hunted for the position of Land Development Manager for Berkeley Homes, looking for potential development sites and so has vast experience in the property field. Simon offers a friendly and highly professional approach to his clients. The family man, he has three children who all go to school in the local area and is a big West Ham fan (well someone has to be!).

Her background is in retail and customer service which is perfect for being able to assist Location’s clients. Keen to go far in estate agency she is looking forward to formal training and getting as much experience as possible. Something you may not expect from Kate; she is mad on cars and loves getting her hands dirty under the bonnet!
